What is it?
‘PD Squared’ meticulously highlights areas of excellence in instruction and identifies student outcome impact opportunities. The data is then used to align professional development opportunities, based upon greatest need, for educators through a strategic mapping process.
Why was it made?
The basis for the program is to provide supplemental activities that strengthen the quality and effectiveness of teachers, principals, and other school leaders for the purpose of improved student outcomes.
The concept is novel and the approach is unrivaled. This solution is not available through any other company and is the only tool of its kind in existence.
